Welcome to Beyond Time! These terms and conditions govern the terms for all services offered.

Please read them carefully before making a booking.

1. Scope of Application

These terms and conditions (T&Cs) apply to all services offered by Beyond Time, owned by Wendy Mosimann. By booking a session (in person or online), the customer agrees to these T&Cs.

2. Service Description

Beyond Time offers the following services:

• Regression Therapy / Past Life Therapy / Incarnation Therapy
• Soul Journeys / Trance Journeys / Relaxation Journeys
• Group Past Life Regression / Group Soul Journeys
• Spiritual Counselling

The specified duration of a session is a guideline and may vary depending on the individual course. A longer or shorter duration does not affect the price of the session.

3. Appointment Scheduling and Payment

• Appointment Booking: Appointments can be made by phone or email. A booking is considered binding once it has been confirmed by Beyond Time.

• Payment Terms: Payment must be made in full within 7 days after booking. Accepted payment methods: Bank Transfer, Twint, or PayPal.

• Up to 7 days before the appointment: Free cancellation or rescheduling is possible.
• Up to 48 hours before the appointment: 50% refund.
• Less than 48 hours before the appointment or no-show: No refund.

• If an appointment needs to be cancelled by me, the pre-paid amount will be fully refunded. Alternatively, a new appointment can be arranged upon request. Beyond Time is not responsible for any additional costs incurred by the customer due to the cancellation (e.g., travel expenses, accommodation).

• Technical Requirements
  For online sessions, it is necessary that the client has a working internet connection, as well as a suitable device with a camera, microphone, and a headset. The client is responsible for ensuring that these technical requirements are met.

• Conducting the Session
  Online sessions will be conducted via Zoom. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure they have access to this platform and that it functions properly.

• Liability for Technical Issues
  Beyond Time is not liable for any technical issues that may occur during the online session, provided these are not caused by Beyond Time (e.g., connection failures, software issues, or insufficient internet connection of the client).
• Availability and Support
  If technical issues occur that significantly affect the session, Beyond Time will make efforts to find a solution, such as rescheduling the session. However, a refund for the session will only be provided if the session cannot take place due to an error on the part of Beyond Time.

7.  Liability Disclaimer

• The offered sessions promote personal development and spiritual experience. Please note that these sessions do not include any healing guarantees. Each session is unique, and I cannot guarantee specific outcomes or the nature of the experiences. Your development and the effect of the session depend on many individual factors. This applies regardless of whether the booking is made through the website or by other means, and includes both in-person and online sessions.
• The sessions are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychotherapeutic treatment. I am not a doctor, psychologist, or psychiatrist.
• Psychological State: Each client booking a session must be psychologically stable. If the client is undergoing psychiatric or psychological treatment, they must provide written consent from their treating doctor or therapist confirming that participation in the session will not negatively impact their mental health.
• The customer is fully responsible for themselves and their actions during and after the session.
• Any liability of Beyond Time is excluded to the extent permitted by law. 

8.  Liability Disclaimer for Links and Content

Beyond Time is not responsible for the content of external links provided on the website. The content of the linked sites is the sole responsibility of their operators.
Despite careful examination of its own content, Beyond Time does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information provided on the website. Errors and omissions are not excluded

9.  Data Protection

Beyond Time is committed to treating customers’ personal data confidentially.

• Responsible Party:
  The responsible party for data processing on this website is Beyond Time.
• Data Processing:
  Personal data and session content will not be shared with third parties unless required by law.
• Collection, Use, and Purpose of Data Storage:
  We collect personal data (e.g., name, email address) when you contact us via the website, email, or other means. This data is used solely for processing your inquiries, booking, and providing our services.
• Email Communication:
  Emails sent to us are unencrypted and may pose security risks. We recommend not sending confidential information (e.g., passwords, credit card details, personal identification numbers) via email.
