Training in Transpersonal Regression and Past Life Therapy

In Transpersonal Regression and Reincarnation Therapy, you open doors to inner healing, spiritual insight, and true expansion of consciousness.
I am truly excited to be part of this training together with my mentor Jana Grossmann. Jana brings many years of experience in regression and reincarnation therapy and has accompanied countless people on their soul path. Her profound expertise and passion flow into every part of the training.
Throughout the entire course, I will be there to support you, integrating both my own experience and personal developmental milestones.
Together, we are here for you: during the in-person modules, in supervision, between the modules, and whenever you have questions about working with clients.
With knowledge, wisdom, heart, and intuition, we will accompany you on your path.
Target Group
This training is designed for those who feel called to accompany others on their journey of personal and spiritual growth.
Your inner attitude is more important than professional background.
You don’t need previous experience – just openness, empathy, the ability to listen deeply, respect for other life paths, and a genuine interest in consciousness and personal development.
Training Structure
The training is modular and lasts approximately 1.5 years. It consists of five modules, each with five days of in-person instruction.
Each module is complete in itself and gives you the tools to start applying what you’ve learned right away.
Between modules, you’ll have 2–4 months for self-study to integrate and practice the content.
We also offer online supervision to answer your questions and deepen your practical work.
The training is highly practice-oriented. You will conduct and experience regression sessions yourself, allowing you to grow into your role and professional practice with every experience.
Training Content
Module 1 – Hypnotherapy
Introduction to hypnosis, inductions, and working with the subconscious – the foundation of all further modules. By the end of this module, you'll already be able to work with clients.
Module 2 – Regression Therapy
Regression into childhood, birth, and prenatal experience. Inner child healing.
Module 3 – Reincarnation Therapy I
Professional past life regressions: Identifying root causes, resolving blockages, and healing deep wounds.
Module 4 – Reincarnation Therapy II
Advanced topics: body memories, other worlds, and energetic influences.
Module 5 – The World of Souls
Insights into life after death, the Life Between Lives (LBL) based on Dr. Michael Newton’s work, soul plans, and spiritual guides.
Certification & Completion
Upon completion of all modules and submission of several documented case studies, you will receive the Certificate in Transpersonal Regression and Past Life Therapy, issued by Jana Grossmann / Time Out Trainings.
You also have the opportunity to:
- Obtain international certification through the IACT (International Association of Counselors and Therapists).
- Become a member of the Earth Association for Regression Therapy.
Fees
The cost is 1,200 CHF / 1,200 Euros per module (payable shortly before each module).
Includes: training materials, supervisions, personal support.
Excludes: meals, accommodation, and books from the reading list.
