Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between a regression and a soul journey?

The main difference between a regression and a soul journey lies in the type of experience and the level of consciousness accessed.

Regression: In a regression, the focus is on accessing stored memories in the subconscious to explore past lives or important experiences. This can help to understand and resolve current challenges or unresolved issues.

Soul Journey: A soul journey takes you into the higher consciousness, allowing for a deeper and more conscious experience of the spiritual world. It is not just about past lives, but also about connecting with departed souls or experiencing spiritual dimensions and insights that go beyond life itself.

How does one perceive during a regression or soul journey?

The perception during a regression or soul journey is individual and can occur in various ways. Some people see inner images, similar to a dream or memory. Others may experience impressions more through feelings, thoughts, or an inner knowing. Physical sensations or auditory perceptions, like words or sounds, can also arise. Every type of perception is valuable; there is no “right” or “wrong.” The key is to engage in the experience and trust your own feelings.

Are you "gone" during a regression or soul journey?

No, you are not “gone.” Throughout the regression or soul journey, you are in a deeply relaxed but still focused waking state. You are able to speak, move, and even shift positions. The state of hypnotic trance is one of high concentration and focus. For example, you might hear an ambulance passing by, but it won’t distract or disturb you, as your focus remains on the inner journey.

Can you get stuck during a regression or soul journey?

It is not possible to “get stuck” during a regression or soul journey. Throughout the experience, you remain connected to the present moment, with your consciousness grounded in the here and now.

What if I need to use the bathroom during a regression or soul journey?

If the desire to use the bathroom arises during the regression, it is important to respond to it. Otherwise, the focus may unconsciously shift toward holding back, which could affect the experience of the regression. The session can be paused at any time and seamlessly resumed afterward.

How long does a session last?

The duration of a session can vary and depends on the progression of the journey. In the price section, you will find an approximate estimate, as a session is only considered complete when the journey is fully finished. The session lasts as long as necessary for a complete experience and healing.

How does a session unfold?

At the beginning of the session, we will have a thorough conversation to set a clear intention and prepare the mind for the journey. Afterward, I will guide you into a deep state of relaxation, and the actual journey begins.
At the end of the session, I will gently guide you back to the here and now, and we will discuss your experiences. I recommend enjoying the rest of the day in peace and taking time to process.
Optionally, we can schedule a follow-up discussion 1-2 weeks later. Open questions can be clarified, and I will support you in continuing to bridge the past to the present. It is important to relate the experiences to current situations and understand their meaning for your present life.

How can I prepare for a session?

Come with an open mindset and without expectations to our session. Allow yourself to experience whatever is meant to be shown and trust the process.
Make sure to wear comfortable clothing and have eaten something so that you feel completely at ease during the session.

Where do the sessions take place?

Sessions can be held either online or in person. Many clients prefer the online option as they can remain in their familiar surroundings, find it easier to relax, and avoid travel.
If you choose an in-person session, I provide a quiet and comfortable space where you can fully focus on your journey.

How much does a regression or soul journey cost?

The costs for a session, including approximate duration, can be found in the “Prices” section.

Psychosis (e.g., Schizophrenia, Bipolar Disorder, Endogenous Depression...) Can everyone do a regression or soul journey?

The answer is no. I am unable to work with people who suffer from psychosis, borderline disorders, or personality disorders.
If you are currently in psychological or psychiatric treatment or taking psychotropic medication, I will require written consent from your doctor to ensure that there are no contraindications.
A session with me does not replace a visit to a doctor, but it can wonderfully complement conventional or other therapeutic healing methods. Ongoing medical treatments and the use of medication should never be stopped without consulting your doctor.
